Pick Analysis:The Cowboys pick up an athletic linebacker with outstanding speed and quickness. Williams has the ability to rush off the edge and is a potential playmaker as an outside linebacker/special teams player.

We all know where we stood before the season started, a heart breaker to the Giants and people were penciling us in for the Super Bowl. Now we sit at the bye week, nine games in and team full of drama and injuries this is where we stand.

The talk since February (and earlier) when Jerry came out and said we are looking at the possibility of getting a WR to compliment TO has been praise of Terry and how there wasn't an impact WR in the draft. Sure he talked about the possibility of picking up a veteran WR, and since then it has led to rumors about Chad Johnson, Roy Williams, Anquan Boldin, Joe Horn and more. I think we had a real interest in adding Javon Walker until Oakland overpaid big time for him and since then he's used that money to spray champagne and get mugged.

TO will not be in attendance at this week's mini-camp. Apparently dealing with a personal matter not related to the drug test, but after taking a physical yesterday was excused for the rest of the week.

**Pacman Jones was practicing for the first time with the media present, so you can have some live photos and reaction from his practice.

**Greg Ellis returned to the field after missing the last couple of weeks of OTAs.

**Tony Romo had a close call with a hand injury that could have had the organizers of the golf event he's playing in Friday worried.

**Terrell Owens was back on the field for the first time since last week after taking care of some business in New York.

TO threw a zinger at PacMan and a reporter threw one right back... pretty funny, even if it is TO!
